What is the shipping and delivery time for my products?

You will be delivered in 8 to 10 working days.


Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to selected countries in Europe such as France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed, please feel free to email us at contact@eclama.com to discuss an exceptional delivery.


Where do you ship my products from?

Our offices are located in Montargis , France . Our international warehouse is located in Canton, China.


Do you provide tracking/tracing information for my order?

Yes, we have a tab in the menu specifically designed for this. If not, you can find it by clicking here .

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

It is possible that in some situations your order had to be shipped in two parts. If this is the case, please wait a few days for the other part to arrive.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@eclama.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.


I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance, bad weather, social events, or other unforeseen circumstances. You can however track your order and see where it is at any time in the "track my order" tab in the menu.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their orders. If you still wish to receive a refund, we can of course process the payment, provided that the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are unopened/unused.
