Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges except for the money back guarantee (see below).
To be eligible for a refund, you must return all items in your order to us. Each item must also be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To make a return, you must inform us of the order number that is affected by this return.


In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited, within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not, with the exception of the money back guarantee.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please send us an email at contact@eclama.com .

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

We will then provide you with the return postal address closest to you . The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $15, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Money back guarantee

To benefit from this policy, the following terms must be met:

  1. Photographic Documentation : In order to validate your refund request, we ask you to take clear photos of the condition of your hair before starting to use the product as well as after the recommended treatment period. These photos will allow us to see the progress and effectiveness of the treatment.

  2. Respecting the Processing Time : It is crucial to respect the minimum recommended processing time for each product in order to allow it to demonstrate its full potential:

    • Shampoo: 16 weeks
    • Hair oil: 12 weeks
    • Conditioner: 16 weeks

Provide before-treatment and after-treatment photos of your hair, as well as a brief description of your experience with the product. Our support team will evaluate your request and contact you as soon as possible.
