What routine should I follow?
Fine/straight hair (tending to be oily):
- Apply the oil to your scalp (3-4 drops).
- Massage for 5 minutes and leave for at least 1 hour before shampooing.
- Shampoo by gently massaging your scalp.
- Dry your hair.
Curly/frizzy hair (tending to be dry):
- Shampoo by gently massaging your scalp.
- Dry your hair.
- Apply the oil to your scalp (3-4 drops).
- Massage for at least 5 minutes to allow the oil to penetrate.
Can I use the Eclama range while pregnant?
Our shampoos and oil are 100% vegan and silicone-free but contain essential oils not recommended during pregnancy.

How often should the products be used?
Shampoo : do it 2 to 3 times a week maximum (preferably apply conditioner to moisturize).
Oil : apply once a week to the affected areas (do not apply to the lengths).
